Log in to YesGP and click “call” this is your number to get to our Care Coordinator. Our Care Coordinator doesn’t will take some details about your needs (and if you need a video call).
When you hang up, our Care Coordinator will go to our GPs and find a specialist that works for you. This may be specialist in your care need, or paediatrics if you need advice for a child.
A specialist, UK based, GMC registered doctor will call you back. We aim to get all callbacks within 2 hours, regardless of when you call – day, night, or weekend.
We realise that your time is important to you so we have designed a service that recognises your busy life. Whether you are a mum with kids at home, parent or teens, busy with work, or perhaps you have ongoing medical conditions where you need additional help and advice – we can help.
Not everyone has the time to wait on the phone for an hour (or more) in the morning only to be told that there are no appointments for that day – this helps no-one.
Our service recognises that you need help when you need it.
